These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website operated by JC13 Solutions LLC (“JC13 Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including forms and communications made available through the website.By accessing the website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use our forms or messaging services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

2. Website information and funding services

The website provides general information about transactional funding, private capital lending, hard money lenders and related business-purpose real estate solutions. Website content is educational and does not constitute a loan approval, funding commitment, offer, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, appraisal or guarantee of closing.

Every request is subject to review, complete documentation, acceptable terms, available capital and applicable requirements. Capital may be provided directly or through third-party funding partners. Rates, fees, terms, lien position, timing and eligibility vary by transaction. Any binding obligation will be stated in separate written documents signed by the applicable parties.

3. Information and documents you submit

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge. You must have authority to submit information about an entity, property, contract, seller, buyer, borrower or other person identified in a request. Do not upload or transmit information you are not authorized to share.

A form submission does not create a lender-borrower, broker-client, fiduciary, joint-venture or advisory relationship. Do not send Social Security numbers, complete bank-account credentials, passwords or unverified wiring instructions through a general website form. We may request appropriate documents through a more suitable process if a review advances.

4. Email, telephone and electronic communications

When you provide contact information, you authorize us to respond about your inquiry, submitted deal, buy box, appointment or requested service using the communication methods you select or reasonably use with us. Electronic communications may involve service providers that support forms, customer relationship management, email, calling, scheduling and messaging.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. Where separate consent is required, the disclosure presented at the point of collection controls.

5. JC13 Solutions text-messaging terms

If you affirmatively opt in, you consent to receive the categories of text messages described at the point of consent. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, property or buy-box updates, appointment coordination, account or service information and, only where separately disclosed and authorized, promotional messages.

The website’s original text, branding, layout and visual materials are owned by or licensed to JC13 Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
